ABOUT

Crispin Akerman is a visual artist living and working in the South West of Western Australia. He grew up in the Perth surrounds where he spent his spare time drawing, painting, and playing music. He went to Claremont art school for a brief time before joining Perth band Eurogliders.

After finishing his studies at the School of ART – ANU, he pursued his interest in painting. He likes to work from life and nature and his work is influenced by the natural environment of the South West of Western Australia.
